As the PAD(Portable Application Descripition) maker and editor, PAD Manager is a freeware for producing PAD files. PAD file are created by software like PAD Manager, a tool to make pad files that can be submitted and accepted by many download sites like download.com, softpedia.com, majorgeeks.com etc. Download sites index software in special process, so a PAD file is needed and it is usually ended with .xml file. When creating a pad file, here we would like to introduce PAD Manager.
